Pros

1. This company values you as an employee. Yes, you might have to work hard, but it's worth it. 2. You can literally get paid to lose weight. 3. You can move up quickly if you show initiative, and work hard. 4. The benefits are primo. 5. The people you work with will become friends quickly enough if you are a decent human being. 6. The work environment is friendly, encouraging and personal and group safety-centered. 7. You work 10 hours days, but you get 3 days off.

Cons

Not really whole lot, except if you work on the dock, it's hot as hell in the trailers. But other than that, it's a great place to work at. The pay also could be a little higher. They wouldn't give me much overtime during non-peak time periods, but I needed the money, so I had to ask for it all the time and was rarely acquiesced.

Pros

Get to set your own schedule. The warehouse managers are pretty nice.

Cons

No direct phone number to contact for emergencies with your children/family and are not allowed to have your cell on you (which would be okay if they had a contact phone number) If you miss three consecutive shifts you are fired because you cannot even call if you are really sick or got in an accident and are stuck in a hospital. Get bumped up to an Ambassador with more responsibilities without increased wages. The HR are horrible and rude to you if you request accommodations for your mental health issues, probably because they are so young and think they are better than you (even if you have a college degree like I do). Amazon is horrible with breaks.

Great Company To Work For

Pros

Pay is decent, 40 hour work week, great benefits including help pay for college, medical and dental, life insurance. Etc.

Cons

Better for a 2 parent household or someone without kids, 10 hour work day, sometimes there isn't enough work so they offer voluntary time off sometimes every day, Peak season and Prime week can be hectic where you may end up working mandatory 50 to 60 hours a week.
