Pros

Get to work with a team and build great relationships, was good to build some knowledge

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance once you get to L7 you are constantly online checking messages. Depending on how the week is going you can work between 50-60hours a week nonpeak during peak (prime) you are working way more hours than mention. Most of the leadership is bias and will promote based on how close you are to them. You have a lot of young leaders with no life or work experience running shifts and creating a bad work culture that causes associates to leave.
