Pros

-Opportunity to work on some of the industry's biggest problems -You will absolutely get to work with the top 20% of co-workers who you can learn from -Energizing environment that makes you want to go further -If ever there was a company designed around avoiding any hint of micromanagement, this is it.

Cons

-The fast pace and self-serve model isn't for everyone (I happen to love it) -There aren't as many perks as some other companies -It can be hard to figure out who you need to talk to or where to go to find information -If you need to grow a team, it can be hard to recruit rapidly
