flexible, great benefits, free exercise. easiest hiring process ever

Cons

very hard on your body. manual labor. your lane or department is only as strong as the "weakest link" & due to no hiring restrictions, alot of weak links so high turnover. management treats everyone like a number because there are so many employees. not enough incentive for most people to work hard
