Cons

Sometimes, the process takes precedence over the value-add.

Pros

The company is very much based on having a clear view on the customer and applying common sense. It's the least political environment I happened to work in over the course of my career.

Cons

It's a scruffy work environment, and there tends to be quite a bit of motion around team set ups and structures.
