Pros

Never cancelled shifts, lovely team mates (managers less so)

Cons

Put people on the working line that struggled to keep up which meant you were stretching to help keep the line moving. Stupidly high targets despite hiring people with no thought (older people, more men than women). And lied about the max weight we’d be working with. I got carpal tunnel and I’m only in my early 20’s…

Pros

Left alone to work in peace. Can listen to podcast and music ect.

Cons

Sometimes your required to work at a fast pace to keep from being called in for review. Can be tiring if you do night shifts its tough.
