The benefits are outstanding. Paid Time-Off is great for employees. Security (at this location it is hard to get fired).

Cons

Lots of lazy coworkers (since its hard to get fired) TPA3 Building Director is unsupportive & is negative No real cross training No love for those that actually work hard
