Pros

Great place to work, never a dull day and I never needed to go to the gym everyday!

Cons

While I had good managers, like anywhere else there's always at least one that gives the company a bad look.

Humans have no power

Pros

Good pay, lots of overtime opportunities, paid weekly, lots of opportunities for bonuses, fast promotions.

Cons

Your job is based on computer productivity, but often you are teaching people OUTSIDE of a computer. This leads to the accumulation of time off task and you automatically get fired when the computer counts a certain amount of minutes. People at the manager level have absolutely no power with hiring/firing, they’re just there to make you think they do. People at the management level work for 12+ hours but are forced to clock out at 8 hours. High turnover rate.
