Not so great

Pros

- You get to work with some really amazing people from great backgrounds around the world. - Opportunities to grow within and outside your role/team

Cons

- The senior leadership stalls projects, and becomes micro managing when they do not want to align. This is extremely demotivating for employees. - PM's role tends to be administrative, with lots of documentation.
