      Despite the RTO I would still say there is some flexibility, my job has a good range of variety, good colleagues. A lot of stuff is developed in house and there is scope to learn

      Working across time zones has its flip sides so calls can run late. And every huge company, stakeholders keeps changing and the decision making process is not always clear
