Pros

Very competitive work environment . Having great people skills is a bonus. Large number of associates but awesome systems to strategize forecast. Smart team members all over the company

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge. A lot of young leaders given large departments but didn't have the people skills or understanding of team caused associates barriers.

Pros

Constantly changing environment. It will challenge you on a daily basis. Plenty of opportunities for promotion and growth.

Cons

Long hours, and a typical warehouse job schedule. Nights and weekend. Christmas season is a long grind, but Amazon is the Cadillac of warehouse leadership.
