Pros

All policies are good. Pay is standard across level and will be top of market always. There is no politics.

Cons

Work culture is toxic, you are expected to deliver very high quality work in very short amount of time. You are on your own for almost everything. Feels exhausting most of times. You can always choose less pay for better mental health. Company policies changed from remote to hybrid to in office without taking vote of employees.

Pros

Pushed to work hard and think outside the box. In my opinion it is worth it. You get high visibility for your work and your leaders will make sure you are rewarded well for it. This can happen when you are with a good mix of people. I cannot speak for other orgs or teams that might have a slightly different culture.

Cons

URA is high. Can force best of people to take unkind decisions. Grad hiring bar was low in the last few years. I think the company is looking into restructuring it.
