Pros

Good and rounded training from the start. Friendly co-workers and obvious routes for progression within the company.

Cons

'Provided bus service' for Sheffield was sub optimal often with not enough seats for everyone causing people to miss work (this was with COVID procedures partly in place). Long hours, could be lonely work if you don't like being left by yourself for many hours.
