Pros

- Good work culture - Amazing onboarding plans for New Hires - Employee Obsessed and always trying to make new hires comfortable and be supportive - Lot of opportunities to learn everyday and be innovative I have been with Amazon for approx. 3 months now and I really feel comfortable and included and part of the team I am in. The team and management is very supportive and doesn't make me feel like a new hire.

Cons

Nothing that I have encountered as of now (in my 1st 2 months at Amazon)
