** Below points are based on my experience as well of similar people around. Its not a generalized review of the company overall, but its a review about the teams we worked with • Some teams are very toxic and disrespectful, before coming to amazon ask carefully about the team and who you will work with • Some teams are unstable, multiple people leaving the team, they put extra work on your head and review your performance based of work that is not yours • Some teams lack of appreciations, whatever good work you do above expectations you don’t get the appreciation, but for small mistakes, you get the blames • Some managers use their power to push you doing things that should not be done in a certain way, and if an issue happened because of it they pull their hands and let you face it • Compliance reports did not come with outcomes, suffering from some bad managers making you feel uncomfortable at your work • Bad work life balance, you will have to work +12 hours for a lot of times with no overtime pay • some managers trying to harm your work opportunities for future inside the company even during your notice period!

No work/life balance but I believe it’s up to you to manage
