Pros

Rapidly expanding company, especially within their Logistics division. Decent benefits and 401k. Lots of stock options for mid and upper level management.

Cons

Difficult to transition into salaried management without a degree, regardless of experience. Base salary comparatively lower than most other companies.

Pros

To be honest there are no pros to working there far more companies out there have the same benefits and pay

Cons

The company truly does not care about the employees they see you as just a number they have a high turnover rate from people quitting or getting fired for ridiculous company policies.Alot of forced over time which can interfere with your personal life, poor management all the way to the top and alot of favoritism.People constantly get written up over stuff they can control and the company knows that but still proceeds to do it to them anyway.

Pros

None. I would say stocks but they don't vest for the first two years. At least starbucks started you off with RSU's and stock that were available to sell immediately.

Cons

It's a warehouse, the fulfillment title isn't fooling anyone. "You're going to be working with robots!" Hahaha, how they get away with their ridiculous 8-hour orientation is beyond me. About 7 managers for every 15-20 employees. Way too many chefs in the kitchen that don't know how to cook. All around terrible HR department that sit around all day and are upset when you actually use their services. No training whatsoever in HR. I think they hired them all from the DMV reject employees. Awful service and no sense of urgency. I could really continue but it just makes me mad all over again. Oh and mandatory overtime? I don't think so.
