Overall, they are flexible in terms of schedule and the managers and people working there are very professional. There are possibilities to grow within the company.

Cons

Schedules are not the best. They can easily change them and there are late and early shifts. Also, you have to work during weekends twice per month.

Amazon has it's own perks like work life balance, fixed timings, salary gets credit on last working day of month. You get to learn a lot, there are numerous opportunities and areas of growth you will learn a lot.

Cons

Growth opportunities are less due to a huge number of employees (depends upon the process you are working in)
