Pros

The community is awesome. Hated to leave the folks I worked with.

Cons

The management is the worst. They seem to think that Program and Product Management are interchangeable when they are two completely different roles. They will hire you for one role and place you in another, regardless of your skills. When that happens, they expect you to perform to a certain level even though you have never done the job before. I left after only a year.
