Pros

Amazon is large, Anything you do, touches millions on products and affects millions of experiences. If you want to work in retail tech, this is the cutting edge. If you want to understand retail CX, this is the place to be.

Cons

Amazon has gotten too large. Things move at snail's pace. The sheer amount of paperwork involved to get a new product started eats into enthusiasm and development time. Colleagues are now mediocre and there is less camaraderie. Lots of politics and a need to look out for yourself.
