Pros

* Get to work with smart people * Get AWS experience any team you're on * Pay is decent

Cons

* Projects are uninspired, get stuck churning out boring features that take a lot of time to do * Management makes questionable decisions regarding the best projects to move forward on * Overworking is expected because of PIP culture * Promise promotion if you do extra work and then take away the promise after the work is done * Layoffs made moral take a nosedive
