Pros

It's easy to change teams.

Cons

The initial team was not honest in terms of workload and the fact that they were overloaded and doing more DevOps than development. After a few months I changed teams and the dev situation improvement significantly, though I did not like the fact that the company overall moved part of my equity to a later date, and that some upper management care more about saving themselves by pushing bad decisions to other teams.
