Pros

Work environment Career planning Compensation Work load is not set for you, you set your work load

Cons

Work load, expect to work at 100%, if you love your role you easily can go further the 100%. Amazon should have mechanisms to prevent this situations and help employees to slow down.

Pros

- Many learning materials available for your growth. - Flexible schedules - A new and interesting working philosophy

Cons

- If you are coming from a smaller company you will need to work hard to get an answer to your requests. People have their own priorities and you need multiple follow up for a simple answer. - Remote work is making challenging the sense if a team. You might not be able to build a close relationship with your team.
