there are lots of smart people around. most of the people are very friendly. you'll learn lots of new approaches to solve problems. working here will imrpove your perspective. payscale is good.

I don't think there is any serious cons here. Maybe somewhat stressing.

Managers have high expectations. There is never not a lot of work to do. Lots of emphasis on Leadership Principles. If you get a job at Amazon, be ready to take them seriously Promotions and career advancement is as much about being in the right place at the right time as it is about doing great work
