Cons

Dear [HR Team / HR Manager], I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the inconsistency in the implementation of location and return-to-office policies within the organization. In my case, I was not granted the opportunity to move to the Gurgaon location, which has significantly impacted my ability to continue with the company. However, I have observed that exceptions have been made for certain employees where similar policies were relaxed or altered. This apparent inconsistency is concerning, as many employees are affected by the current location requirements. When policies are not applied uniformly, it creates a sense of unfairness and impacts employee morale and trust. As a Fortune 2 organization, I believe it is important that policies are implemented transparently and equitably across all employees. I kindly request HR to review this matter and ensure fair and consistent application of location-related decisions. Thank you for your time and consideration.
