Pros

Good salary, great technology, great people.

Cons

Frugality is a guiding principle in the company as they see themselves as a retailer, first and foremost. It doesn't have the mindset of a Silicon Valley company regarding perks for employees such as free food.

Pros

the company has very nice software tools that ease our day to day work. The coworkers have good technical background, and one can learn whatever they want easily.

Cons

Stressful, needs to carry pager on the rotary basis. The performance review is also hard, especially for those not very sociable people.

Pros

You learn new technologies and are challenged every day. You need to be at your best every day. There are many brilliant colleagues which keep environment motivated and challenging,

Cons

Once you join, there is very very limited scope of growth (compensation wise and career wise both). So if you do not negotiate well at the time of joining then you might repent afterwards. Since there are very few levels so promotion takes 6-12+ years from Mid to senior level.
