Pros

- Amazing work. Got to work on impactful project with high visibility from the ground-up. - Amazing peers. Very helpful and super talented - Stipend and TC are really good, and I'm satisfied with it for now. - Steep learning curve and lots of opportunities to ramp-up and grow. - The "FAANG' tag def helps. Got more visibility on LinkedIn; recruiters in DM and mail. - Made my parents proud, so that's cool :)

Cons

- WLB: Team dependent but I worked 10 hrs a day during my internship as some of my team members were from different time-zone. Will try to maintain 8-9 hrs in the future.

Pros

- Great working culture - Strong helping team members - Possibility for enormous knowledge gain

Cons

- Too much of work pressure, they expect you to work like senior Dev. - Conflict with team members as we ask more questions, they hesitate to share their knowledge. - Lack of requirement clarification to work although plenty of documentation available. - They never care about your success stories but always remembers yours failures and hunt you down with that.
