Pros

Lots of room for growth, super smart coworkers. Problems are challenging but meaningful.

Cons

Oncall sucks, there's always too much work to be done and not enough people to do it.

Pros

- Rapid learning - Autonomy and opportunity to work on big projects - Supportive team - Organized development cycle - Got to work with modern web development technologies (GraphQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, etc)

Cons

- Worked long hours to meet expectations (be prepared to consistently put in a little more than 8 hours a day during some periods) - Had very little time to actually deep dive into technologies due to having to meet rushed deadlines - Witnessed people being praised for getting important tasks done over the weekend - Oncall was 1 week at a time, every 3 weeks
