1. Base Pay + RSU 2. Good Work (based on team) 3. Best for freshers to start their career as learning curve and pay is good

Cons

1. Management is toxic. 2. In chennai Device related orgs so much favouritism and internal politics, bias based on gender, racism. 3. They have yearly URA quota, so they will target and put in performance plan even within 5months joining in the team. Some SDM's won't have technical knowledge on the project but because of toxic management employee gets stuck with unfair performance improvement plan. 4. Good Managers do exists but on very less percent at Amazon.
