Fast paced development and release of products and features. It has 'It's the proposal and not the proposer' culture.

Cons

Requires dedication to the team and to the company, especially around holidays. Some teams have on-call rotation that can page you any time of the day.

Work life balance is an issue. An issue mgmt pretends to care about Maternity / Paternity benefits are next to none Year over year salary increases are soso.
