Pros

- Customer Obsession (In every step of our process we make sure we think from customer perspective and how better and best we can solution. Agreeing and disagreeing to our own perfection for our customer satisfaction is embedded in our thought process.) - Truly impressive - Inclusive culture is a magical gift for me in my team, love them and love my leadership. (I changed my domain and my company after many years, initially I felt I was not in the right place. Then I convinced myself I need to give it sometime.)

Cons

- Don't give so much opportunities and inclusion that it will make most of us difficult to change the company :-)
