Pros

Amazon has the smartest and most passionate people you will ever work with. The scale and type of problems to be solved are unlike anything anywhere in the world and will give you an incredible experience that can be used anywhere else.

Cons

Most of the managers at Amazon are great, but some of them - especially those thrust into the role - lack empathy and often expect far too much of people. Make sure during your interview, you understand how the manager operates. A great manager will mean an amazing experience.
