Pros

* Pretty good pay for the local market * Some pretty strong developers and managers *

Cons

* CEO is forcing return to office whether it makes sense or not. Lots of good people are leaving. * Communication from the top is terrible. I learn more from the news than internal channels. * Company is generally employee-unfriendly. First level managers are understanding, but at the GM level and above you're just a replaceable cog. * Company is in cost-reduction mode. Teams are getting shrunk and moved and as a result less people end up owning more stuff to own * Generally poor attention to quality, so there's TONS of tech-debt * Development is glacier slow due to tech-debt and heavy processes
