Pros

1. Very talented people, very helpful team. 2. Excellent onboarding process. 3. Great trainings on Amazon culture, its mechanisms and Leadership Principles. 4. Lot to learn, customer obsessed and data driven company. 5. Excellent learning curve and opportunities as very dynamic company

Cons

1. Some internal tools are not very intuitive. 2. Might feel a bit overwhelmed as there is a lot to learn initially if work is not prioritised properly.

- Very well though out onboarding process. - Teams are committed, Hard to find anyone who is not fully committed to the mission. - Open and clear goals, clear targets. - Good work-life balance and flexibility. to name a few...

Cons

- High expectation, and failure to meet expectation will trigger process to improve and if failed to active expectation will not be good. Overall process is fair. - Very Large organization, sometimes hard to find things (resources).
