Pros

The total compensation package is very attractive and stays ahead of the market average. Payments are always on time, and the benefits (insurance, bonuses) are solid.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent. Overtime is expected and has become a part of the culture rather than an exception. Management on the project level lacks basic planning skills; requirements change constantly, and there is no clear roadmap, leading to chaotic workflows and constant "firefighting" mode.
