Pay is great for part-time seasonal, laid back environment, management lets you work independently and is very helpul

Cons

I feel like I am just as important as the other 300 hundred orange vests in the warehouse. Need better training

Pros

Amazon is a very reputable company that most people recognize. Beside that, the pay is okay ($13/hr). You get some employee perks such as 10% off in Amazon online shopping. If you participate in unpopular shifts (in which they are desperate), you can get prizes. The people there are diverse. The interview process is very easy...because there is no interview.

Cons

I underestimate how much repetitive the work is. They need every manpower to sort boxes, wrap pallets, and transport boxes in the truck. You do the same thing during the whole shift unless a manager tells you what to do. If you're a person who wants to do something differently every day, then you're less likely to do that.

Pros

Very casual, laid back, easy repetitive work. Friendly environment, someone will always be willing to help if you ask.

Cons

As a part time associate, "flex time" can be annoying, where you either leave 1 hour early or stay 1 hour late, you won't know til the end of shift. Also the water dispensers taste bad.
