Short Hours - Easy Job

Pros

Only had to work 3-5 hour shifts and could choose to stay an hour or leave if there was not enough work. You can put in PTO last minute and the work is super easy if you are not doing Cross Dock

Cons

Cross Dock should get paid more for the extra hard work they do in there. I was trained in 5 different roles and would start requesting to do sort on the lanes or pick which I loved and was good at. If I worked at night then I would get Cross Dock because the system scans your badge and "randomly" assigns you.

Cons

over worked sometimes feel like a number rather a person by management. Benefits scheme is not very good and the amazon discount is terrible
