Pros

Decent pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Poor working conditions , worked 12 hour shifts on feet with short breaks. Not allowed to rest or you’ll get written up, no headphones or you’ll get written up. Very strict rules. Very easy to get fired. You’re just a number
