Pros

I think Amazon did a good job onboarding new hires for the Warehouse Sort Team Members. There were some online training modules on how to sort items in the warehouse followed by live demonstrations by supervisors.

Cons

The work is really hard on your legs, and the job also is not very social. The warehouse is loud, so people tend not to talk to each other much there.

Pros

Great way to earn money while in college.

Cons

Management would stand around you’d have to go up to them for help.

Pros

$3,000 Sign on bonus but they only let you have $1000 after 30 day and $2000 after 90 days, so it’s not a sign on bonus, it’s a get you to take the job and. It know the details until week two bonus when you are expecting the money on your first check. Also, you are paid weekly. You can get 70% of your paycheck early using Wisely.

Cons

Repetitive jobs They make you use your break time as you walk 3 minutes to and 3 minutes from break too Giving you only a 10min or less break. 10 hr shifts 4 days on 3 days off Mandatory 60hr work weeks without much notice. Vacation is accrued very slowly.
