Not worth it

Pros

Arcade machine and pool table in the canteen

Cons

Standing for long periods of time. No real communication. Very cliquey. Witnessed people being spoken to extremely badly and called horrible things. Not able to go get a drink unless you are lucky enough to have someone right by you to cover you. The training was very passive aggressive , not welcoming at all, pretty sure the man training the group thought he was a drill sergeant or that somehow fidnt have to pay anyone a single ounce of deceny or respect.

Pros

Cons

Coworkers aren't enthusiastic about work and it can make your job harder
