Pros

Easy tasks. Good for students who want a part-time job. Good for those who want a temporary job. I was there as a seasonal sortation associate. There are many others working with you, so you won't have to feel as bad if you're struggling to keep up with the high number of packages. This doesn't mean you shouldn't do your part!

Cons

Shifts can be mundane and tedious. Unloading trucks can be physically demanding, but I think managers/supervisors only assign people who look physically fit to this task. There might be a high number of packages on certain days, so it may be stressful to keep up the speed.
