Pros

Great atmosphere, modern warehouse, very easy work, VTO (Voluntary Time Off) and VET (Voluntary extra time) offered frequently (mostly VTO in non-"peak" time of year.

Cons

Hours could be between 3-5 hours, meaning if you drive far you might only get three hours in one day. No music, very monotonous, no central P.A. system, and HR department is not very good (nobody ever responds to phone #). Also, no central boss to report to. Various managers and some of them don't know what to do at times.
