Pros

Very casual, laid back, easy repetitive work. Friendly environment, someone will always be willing to help if you ask.

Cons

As a part time associate, "flex time" can be annoying, where you either leave 1 hour early or stay 1 hour late, you won't know til the end of shift. Also the water dispensers taste bad.
