Pros

- Decent Pay - learning opportunities - helpful team members - AWS experience - Good stock options

Cons

- Too much pressure from management on constant ETAs about tasks, they don’t understand ETA is something that is supposed to be adjusted and take it as hard deadline - lots of adhoc tasks all the time , it should be renamed from Amazon Inc to Adhoc Inc - Everybody just after growth and promotion and care about themselves rather than their first principle which is customer obsession. - Full RTO now which is going to waste a lot of time in office as their offices are not designed for Coding work sadly. - Yes good stock options but it’s like carrot hanging as management knows this and they will try squeeze every bit out of you. - Culture has gone downhill in recent years and people just grind like anything.

Pros

Salary is good. Get to work with cool problems

Cons

Treat employees quite bad. S-team does whatever they want, without any data to back their decision.
