Honestly, I read a lot of reviews about how Amazon is hard to work at and how Managers and coworkers can be be hard to work with. Honestly I got a totally different experience. Everyone was really helpful. Manager was always kind and considerate. Even with projects and on-call they were very considerate about trying to ease me into everything and not rushing anything onto me. Amazon can be peculiar is certain things, but I think its for the better.

Cons

Havent face any cons yet, but Ive been here for 3 months only. The 401K isn't the best. But they compensate pretty well otherwise.

Great place to learn and grow. Exposure to high scale systems that impact customers. Nice relocation options.

Cons

Lots of migrations and legacy stuff. Have to be careful of team choice else you could get stuck. And promotion process could be tricky at times.
