Cons

You need to know how to manage stress, it's a company growing up too fast and we have changes every day.

Pros

Lots of smart people here. Good working environment, Good benefits Lots of things to learn.

Cons

The culture of Amazon is very bad. People are treat as a tool not a person. Whether you can success or not depends on your manager. If your manager is not good and not support you, and then you will be put on the PIP, fired and then blacklisted. Don't forget the famous amazon PIP process. Even L8 will be piped! HR? They will not help you...
