Pros

* Decent Healthcare options * Lots of smart people you can learn from * Mentorship opportunities * Writing culture can help tackle problems and communicate with team * Good pay * Encouraged to try things and fail fast

Cons

* Non monetary benefits lacking ( less PTO and Parental Leave than other big tech ) * 401k matching behind rest of industry * Recently lots of non employee friendly policies put into place * Company culture seeming increasingly cut throat and adversarial * Some Teams have impactful work while others are stuck in analysis paralysis and priorities are constantly shifted
