Pros

Great pay, great recognition, ability to work on impactful projects right away.

Cons

There is a culture of "story-telling" at Amazon that can sometimes incentivize backstabbing and lead to dysfunctional teams. This certainly isn't the case on every team, but it exists, and it's something to look out for.

Pros

Good number of opportunities. Great company for freshers/interns. Brand name

Cons

Terrible environment, forget about following process, in fact there is no process at all. There is nothing called team work. Certainly not a good place to work for experienced professionals.
