Pros

If you are a new grad it would be good place to work. Free fruit (limited), %50 discount on AWS certificates and some free online&onsite trainings. You will learn some CI/CD practices and lots of internal tools :) If you are lucky, you may get some experience on AWS. Company is looking good at CV. I don't think it creates adventageous situation in Ireland but maybe you will get benefit in your country. If your manager likes you, you can attend conferences.

Cons

Because managers know that you need to stick to company at least 2 years, they will try to suck your blood in those years. Be ready for that. You are a hard worker, cheap labour resource for them. No matter what your background is. Expect some systematic mobbing from your direct managers under name of "Development plan" if you don't get on well with your manager. Company uses stack ranking and your manager will continously kick out someone from team every year. Individual success wins over team work. There is no teamwork in Amazon. If you are good at politics, writing, marketing, have good relation with boss, can criticize your team members harshly, than you will most likely to get promoted. If not, you will be fired.(or kindly, force to quit) You will hear many times this "We are hiring" in the company because nobody stays in the team for long term and also they never say "We are also firing"! Support organizations are mostly located in Dublin. Critical and important functions are mostly in US. I recommend you to move US if you hired for Dublin.
