This is the best place to learn and explore new things and work on cutting-edge technology and exciting projects. RSU options are great!

Base Salary is sub-par when compared to other similar companies.

Pros

I faced the most organized HR / Recruiting team here. Their schedule was followed impeccably for the hiring event I got hired. I liked the working environment despite not having so many perks as the other tech giants. In my case, it was paying better though :-), so I don't miss the perks

Cons

You'll work with a lot of software made by amazon, only for amazon. So you'll need to learn a lot of things and live with its shortcomings. The tools are always evolving but you don't have many options besides them.
