the pay was pretty good

Cons

they flaunt a "day 1" culture that was gone years ago. It's the typical bureaucracy and kool aid drinking of any massive company now. i was laid off with stellar performance reviews for years in a row. there are engineers that i know kept their jobs and have had multiple disciplinary measures for underperforming. some have stayed who's jobs i did for them.
